- 1 cup Beef tallow
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the beef tallow until fully liquified.
If desired, stir in a pinch of sea salt or finely crumbled, cooked beef liver for extra nutrients.
Carefully pour the melted tallow into a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
Place the mold in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes, or until completely solid.
Pop the solidified tallow bites out of the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
