Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Beef tallow
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the beef tallow until fully liquified.
  • If desired, stir in a pinch of sea salt or finely crumbled, cooked beef liver for extra nutrients.
  • Carefully pour the melted tallow into a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
  • Place the mold in the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes, or until completely solid.
  • Pop the solidified tallow bites out of the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
