Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Beef gelatin (opt.)
  • Salt
  • Optional Topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  • Prepare molds: Lightly grease your silicone muffin molds or mini cupcake tray.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy using a hand mixer or whisk.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until fully combined.
  • Mix in melted butter, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  • For a firmer bite, you can sprinkle in ½ tsp beef gelatin powder and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into molds.
  • Cool completely on a rack, then transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled, optionally topped with whipped cream or a sprinkle of crushed pork rinds for crunch.

Notes

  • For strict carnivore: Omit vanilla extract and use only eggs, cream cheese, butter, and salt.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for a longer shelf life.
