Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • Fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. Prepare Mangoes Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes. Set aside a few pieces for garnish.
  2. Sweeten the Yogurt In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Layer the Parfait In each serving glass or jar, layer 2 tablespoons of yogurt, followed by mango chunks, then 2 tablespoons of granola. Repeat layers as needed.
  4. Garnish and Serve Top with remaining mango cubes, a sprinkle of granola, and a mint leaf if desired. Serve immediately for crunch, or chill for 10 minutes if you like it colder.

Notes

  • You can blend half the mango to create a puree layer for more texture contrast.
  • Swap honey with agave or skip it for a low-sugar version.
