Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup Brown rice
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet with heated sesame oil, sauté the ginger and garlic for one minute.
  • Cook the peas and carrots until they are tender.Add cooked brown rice and cauliflower rice and stir.
  • Scramble the eggs in a well created in the middle.
  • Stir-fry for a further five minutes after mixing everything and adding the soy sauce.
