- 14 oz Firm tofu
- 3 cups Frozen stir-fry veggies
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Press tofu for 10–15 minutes to do away with extra moisture. cut into cubes.
